 Welcome to My Food and Recipes Page! 

      This is a place where I can share with you some of the raw or mostly raw foods that I like to eat every day and in ever season. In the past I shared this kind of stuff on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. But in the year 2020 I decided to delete those accounts and focus on my blogs, e-book and video content. Check out my post about the others reasons why I deleted my social media trio. After I deleted my IG, and FB I started sharing my food posts on Tumblr. Rather than copy and paste all of those posts to this page here, see Tumblr link for those recipes. I will post my favorite ones here on this page for your convenience. It is helpful to have a few raw recipes that you love and will eat often. That is my focus and why I like to share my favorites with you. All of these recipes are simple to prepare and good to eat. Feel free to make your own recipe book out of these so that you can stay on track with your health journey as well. I am also working on a few recipe books that you can download to your phone or tablets.
